The ALRC would like to thank everyone who made a submission to the Surrogacy Inquiry Issues Paper. We greatly appreciate hearing your experiences, views, and expertise. 

This page will list all submissions received during the Inquiry. We will publish all submissions that meet our submissions policy. Please note that many submissions have been de-identified (listed as ‘Name withheld’) as some Australian laws prohibit the identification of people involved in surrogacy arrangements or family court proceedings. Some submissions will remain confidential (listed as ‘Not published’) at the author’s request.
