Should the states refer powers to the Commonwealth to enable the introduction of legislation establishing a new framework for the classification of media content in Australia? 

Most responses to this question were ‘yes’, and the cluster of issues related to that response (‘consistent’, ‘single’, ‘framework’) can be seen on the left of the infograph. Concerns were raised about the need for any new framework to avoid undue censorship, particularly around the capacity to override classification decisions, as seen at the top of the infograph with the cluster of terms around ‘censorship’, ‘override’ and ‘decisions’.
