If the current Commonwealth, state and territory cooperative scheme for classification should be replaced, what legislative scheme should be introduced? 

The merits of a common national classification scheme were again observed by most respondents, with the basis of such a framework being Federal legislation. Some recommended a greater role for industry in any new classification framework, as shown with the clusters of responses around ‘federal’ and ‘scheme’ at the bottom of the infograph. The Classification Board was seen by some as having a significant ongoing role in a new framework, as seen in the middle of the infograph.
