The diagram consists of 3 layers, from top to bottom:

  1. The President and Commissioners oversee the Inquiry teams and Corporate teams.
  2. The Executive Director directly supervises the corporate teams and assists in supervision of legal teams.
  3. Corporate teams include: Finance, Communications, and Office & Executive Support. Inquiry teams for this period were: Freedoms.
