Justice SC Derrington, President of the ALRC, presented the address for the WA Lee Equity Lecture at the Banco Court in Brisbane on 18 November 2021.
The WA Lee Equity Lecture is held each year in honour of foremost equity and trusts academic and author, Honorary Professor WA ‘Tony’ Lee. This prestigious series of lectures has been at the forefront of equity law for the past 22 years and continues a tradition of posing difficult questions to ensure that Queensland’s finest legal minds continue to be relevant and appropriate in our ever changing world.
The Lecture was produced in partnership with Queensland Community Foundation and the TC Beirne School of Law at The University of Queensland.
