Jonna joined the ALRC as a Research Associate and Associate to the Hon. Justice Sarah Derrington, President of the ALRC in June 2022.
At the ALRC, Jonna has worked on the following Inquiry:
Prior to joining the ALRC, Jonna worked as a lawyer in private practice with a focus on commercial litigation. Prior to her admission as a lawyer in 2019, she worked as a paralegal and volunteered at Blacktown Local Court. Jonna has a particular interest in health law stemming from several years working in the health field as the manager of the Sight for Life Foundation Training Laboratory at Sydney Eye Hospital.
Jonna holds a Bachelor of Laws from Wollongong University, a Certificate IV in Work, Health and Safety and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from ANU. Jonna is currently undertaking a Master of Health Law at Sydney University.
