Legal Officer
Cindy Davies is a Legal Officer at the ALRC. Cindy joined the ALRC in February 2020 and has contributed to the following inquiries:
- Religious Exemptions to Anti-discrimination Law
- The Future of Law Reform
- Financial Services Legislation
Prior to joining the ALRC, Cindy had a diverse career working as a healthcare administrator in the United States, a solicitor in a private commercial practice and in various academic and faculty roles at the University of Queensland. Cindy is qualified to practice in Australia and the United States and holds a BA from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, an MBA/MSHA from the University of Alabama, Birmingham and a Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee.
