The ALRC is conducting an inquiry into the protection of privacy in the digital era and is investigating ways in which the law may prevent and remedy serious invasions of privacy. The ALRC released an Issues Paper in October 2013 and then a Discussion Paper in March 2014. This discussion forum provides another opportunity for people to share and discuss opinions and ideas about some of the issues we are considering.
