The Judicial Power of the Commonwealth: A Review of the Judiciary Act 1903 and Related Legislation (ALRC 92)
The Australian Law Reform Commission's review of the Judiciary Act 1903 (Cth) began in January 2000.
In December 2000, the ALRC released a Discussion Paper, The Judicial Power of the Commonwealth: A Review of the Judiciary Act 1903 and Related Legislation (DP 64).
The final report of the same name (ALRC 92) was tabled in federal Parliament on 2 October 2001.
The report is under consideration by the Australian Government.
