The inquiry into compliance with the Trade Practices Act began with terms of reference dated 17 December 1992.
A Discussion Paper Compliance with the Trade Practices Act 1974 (DP 56) was released in 1993 and the final report followed in June 1994.
The recommendations of this report have been partially implemented.
