Guardianship and Management of Property (ALRC 52)
The inquiry was one of a series dealing with community law reform in the Australian Capital Territory under a reference provided by the federal Attorney-General in August 1988.
A Discussion Paper Guardianship and Management of Property (DP 39) was released in 1989 and the final report, also titled Guardianship and Management of Property (ALRC 52), was tabled in federal Parliament in December of that same year.
There has been substantial implementation of the recommendations contained in ALRC 52.
