Informed Decisions in Medical Procedures (ALRC 50)
The review began in February 1984. The final report, Informed Decisions in Medical Procedures (ALRC 50), published jointly with the Law Reform Commission of Victoria and the New South Wales Law Reform Commission, was released in November 1989.
There has been partial implementation of the report's recommendations.
