Copyright and the digital economy - online submission

To make an online submission:
- Create an account on the website (if you do not already have one), log in, and then return to this page.
- Use the SAVE DRAFT button at the bottom of each page to save your work. We recommend you save your work at regular intervals. To resume an unfinished submission, make sure you are logged in to the website (see top right-hand corner), and return to this page.
- You will be given a chance to review and print your submission on final page, before using the SUBMIT button. You may only submit this form once.
