The Hon Justice Susan Kenny
Part-time Commissioner
Justice Kenny was appointed a part-time Commissioner for a term of three years in May 2003. She was reappointed on 15 May 2006 for a further three years.
She has been a Judge of the Federal Court of Australia since 1998 and prior to that was a Judge of the Victorian Court of Appeal.
She previously practised as a barrister and was appointed as a Queen's Counsel in 1996.
During her career, Justice Kenny has held positions as a part-time Commissioner of the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission and as the part time President of the Commonwealth Administrative Review Council.
